  We have successfully validated that two new BioBrick Parts (BBa_K2935169 , BBa_K2935160 ) worked as expected through experiment. Besides, we have validated other new parts by sequencing and double enzyme digestion. We have documented the characterization of all the submitted parts in the Registry. We have submitted all the parts to the iGEM Parts Registry. All submissions adhered to the iGEM Registry guidelines. Click here for parts
