    • √Improve a previous part or project
      We have constructed a new part BBa_ as the improvement of BBa_K2407004. We have added and we have validated its function. We submitted it to the Registry.
    • √Model our project
      In order to determine the specific number of days of cultivation in the industrial production process, we modeling about the effects of nitrogen and phosphorus on the biomass and lipids of C. reinhardtii. Finally, we used the model to determine the maximum number of days of harvesting nitrogen and phosphorus in the C. reinhardtii medium when the lipid content of C. reinhardtii was highest. We also built FLO1 and FLO5 protein models to analyze their specific functional segments. Click here for details.

      We have proven that we can use our system to produce lipid at low cost, and that its light-controlled flocculation system has also been successfully verified. Click here for details.
