  1. . Part Characterization.
  2. . Collaboration with team XHD-WS-Wuhan-B. We taught one of their students how to do molecular cloning.
  3. . Construction of smell-sensing module. We planned to construct two kinds of smell-sensing module. One could sense geraniol and the other one could sense benzyl alcohol. But at last we chose the benzyl alcohol one as smell sensing module.
  4. . Construction of quorum-sensing circuit.
  5. . Construction of the switch of memory module. Preliminary verification of taRNA-crRNA interaction.

  7. . Construction of the erasure module.We planned to construct two kinds of reproduction module. One could synthesize geraniol and the other one could synthesize benzyl alcohol. But in the end, we decided to take the benzyl alcohol one as the reproduction module.
