So this year, GDSYZX also attaches much importance to jobs concerning parts. We characterized a previous part(BBa_K763001) ; registered two new parts(BBa_K2947000,BBa_K2947001) and improved a frequently-used promoter(BBa_K1467101 →BBa_K2947002 ).

Characterization
To add further experimental data to Part:BBa_K763001 for a others’ better using in the future,we run the enzyme digestion verification and sequence test of plasmid GroE-AsRed2, then test the fluorescence intensity under different heat-induce time. New Parts/Validated Contribution
4HPAAS and UGT33 are the key genes for producing salidroside. In the case that the salidroside anabolism pathway in Arabidopsis has not been explored, we successfully predicted two key genes and obtained the expression of salidroside after transferring into Arabidopsis.These two parts, which are the main approaches to Arabidopsis Thaliana’s production of salidroside, is modified and proved functioning as expected. 4HPAAS's page UGT33's page
Improve
35S is a plant specific promoter obtained from the Cauliflower Mosaic Virus. The part is intended for use as a constitutive promoter for gene expression experiments in plants.
