In our project, we used two recombinant vectors to load 4HPAAS and UGT33 in our project, their relative plasmid skeletons which are PUC-HA and PUC-FLAG. All the plasmids have resistance to ampicillin. All components conform to the RFC10 standard, and all illegal restriction sites of sequences are removed.

We transferred the plasmid which contains these two genes into the protoplast of Arabidopsis thaliana by protoplast transfer technique. These two genes were well expressed in the protoplasts of Arabidopsis thaliana. As shown in figure.1, Salidroside was successfully detected in protoplasts by HPLC (High performance liquid Chromatography), and this indicated that the system originals developed by us were mobile and robust.

In the end, the biomaterials (plasmid, receptive cells) we use are non-toxic and harmless. To avoid the outflow of experimental materials from the laboratory, all of them will be centralized in the laboratory and then discarded.
