Judging

1.We do register for iGEM, have a great(probably) iGEM season, and will attend the Giant Jamboree.
2.Our wiki, Poster, Presentation, Judging Form are all very wonderful.
3.We have clearly describe what our team and others did for our project.

5.We have added characterization data to part BBa_K763001 .

1.We registered part BBa_K2947000 and BBa_K2947001, which are both significant in our project and functioned properly.
2.We have collaborated with team:GZHS_United in different aspects.
3.We have been always very active in our human practices and did something good to the society by different means.

1.Serveys, interviews and communication gave us essential inspiration and help confirm our final goal.
2.We improved d35(BBa_K1467101) and registered d35s(BBa_2947002) with data that shows that d35s can optimize the expression of GFP better than 35s.
3.We use different modelling methods to make detailed models for our experiment and we have clearly document what to infer from these models.
4.Our system, Arabidopsis’ protoplast producing salidroside is proved working by HPLC. We can detect salidroside inside the protoplast we constructed.
