The marketing strategy we adopted is called 4P strategy, including product strategy, price strategy, place strategy and promotion strategy. For our product strategy, we focus on the uniqueness of bio-degradation method. And we will supply the market with single product at the very beginning. And then aim for diversity. to make appeal to the market, we are incline to sell our product at a low price at first. And then raise the price, once the products’ particularity and uniqueness are recognized. We will apply indirect distribution, dire distribution and internet marketing for place strategy. Finally, for promotional purpose, we will participate in a number of activities both online and offline to get more exposure.
A simple bureaucratic structure will be adopted by the company since it is hard to set up many departments when the company is first established. Under this structure, there will be 1 general manager and 4 departments --- Marketing and Customer Service Department, Finance Department, Research and Design Department and Human resources Department. This costumer service should be in charge of creating targets and plans for sale performances and categorizing the clients according to their number of purchases and market status. The Finance Department is in charge of the management, accounting, and supervisions of corporate financial work. The R&D department is responsible for developing new products and design, demonstration and investigation of new techniques. The human resources department was mostly work on the Recruitment and management of personnel and setting reasonable salary scale together with Finance Department.
