BBa_K3150000 and BBa_K3150001 contain an azo reductase gene, encodingcode for AzoR and Azr, respectively. ScLac is a laccase. It can be expressed by part BBa_K3150002. Parts BBa_K3150003 and BBa_K3150004 both contain a azo reductase gene and a laccase gene, which can express both laccase(ScLac) and azo reductase(AzoR or Azr). In order to express ScLac outside the cell, we fused ScLac to OsmY which has exporting capabilities in part BBa_K3150013.
