Overview

This year our team constructed and submitted 38 parts, with 27 composite parts and 4 basic parts. We designed and measured them by using very strict protocols in order to acquire more accurate data. In the categories of gene reparation, our favorite part is BBa_K3156888 which consists of msd , RT-Ec86 and Beta . We also created a set of 26 parts for our RBS library based on 2017 IGEM part BBa_K2507008. These parts can eliminate the leakage level of the ThsR-PphsA342 system which is used in detecting thiosulfate. This RBS library provides a reliable platform which allows teams to construct and control leakage of synthetic systems. Check our detailed part description page for more information.
