Model

Background

The effectiveness of result in SCRIBE system is extremely low, thus, a model was construct in order to demonstrate the factors which may affect its efficiency. Copy number of the genome which contains reporter gene will be linked to the rate of DNA replication. This model is going to explain the availability of Genome copy number affecting the repairing efficiency by using numerical analysis, which on account of SCRIBE system can repair the target during replication. In addition, SCRIBE is an integrated system mainly contains three partssr, RT, beta. Therefore, it contains substitutive parts of them. (E.g. RT-Ec73, FLP, Cre, etc.) The model directs further improvement of SCRIBE, and decides the priority of the part that should be considered to improve.
