Why am I on iGEM: Discovering new facts is a great pleasure. I was impressed by the fact that through experimentation, know-ledges we had only known in theory could be directly observed, and we could show that our thoughts were right and must be through the observation. I also feel responsible and rewarding that my work can substantiate, realize and consolidate our ideas. I believe our steps will come together to change the world, and we will move onto our dreams.

Why am I on iGEM: By studying synthetic biology, I learned the importance of classifying and sorting DNA sequences into functional parts, and of viewing life as the result of these parts. I would like to solve various diseases and social issues that separate humans from everyday life and cause many people to suffer with the attractive tool, synthetic biology. I will have fun talking with friends from all over the world who have similar interests with me.

Dream: Prepare for the future based on logical thinking
Why am I on iGEM: Living things have many different and sophist-icated functions. Biology can use these functions to solve problems that cannot be solved by chemical or physical processes. Synthetic biology is the study of solving problems by using biology as a tool. I think the engineering approach to the problem is very helpful in solving it. This is why I became interested in synthetic biology. Through IGEM, I want to learn various perspectives and possibilities about synthetic biology.
