Most of the experimental and design work was completed at Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine Xianlin Campus by all the members of Jiangsu_High_School iGEM team. However, we specially thank Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine Xianlin Campus for providing the experimental equipments and the labotary for our project.
Ms.Yuchen Yin provided us with support in designing questionnaire survey and will go to Boston with us to attend the Giant Jamboree. Ms.Xiaoyi Zou kept giving us some interesting ideas about operation of our team's Wechat account .
The idea of identifying a potential compound which cures Alzheimer Disease through the autophagy path comes professor Xu Shen (the primary PI of our team).
During our project, we appreciate Dr. Jian Lu and Dr. Jianlu Lv for the guidiance during the process of identifying the potential compound to cure AD disease. As both doctors specialized in neuroscience field, they helped us with the detection of autophagy flux inside the cell clusters and previous preparation of essential elements for the final detection.
Dr. Shiyuan Li assisted in the discussion and guidance of design projects, helped the model, and revised the contents of the wiki. We feel very grateful for Ms. Liuting Wang, who has provided us with guidance in human practice activity design, implementation and documentation.
Meanwhile, special thanks to all the experts who have given us professional feedback towards our research, including Dr. Chengcai Xia from department of psychiatry of Jiangsu Provincial People's Hospital in Pukou and Dr. Zhiyuan Zhu, former associate professor at Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica.
