Ryôhei KANEMURA
BiotechnologistHe trained us how to make good primers and successfully conduct PCR. Also many practical advices based on his experience were given. For example he told us the right concentration of agarose gel and why it is appropriate for the time, and sometimes pointed out some errors caused by us. His words let us grow up faster and always trustworthy. We appreciate his great technical support to us and happy to write his name here. We're so grateful and proud to have been mentored by you!!
Yûki IWAI
BiotechnologistHe is in same Lab as Mr. KANEMURA is, and he also mentored us really kindly and patiently advised us. We were surprised once we couldn't find any bands in our gel and he conducted agarose gel electrophoresis with our sample and got clear bands. He told us we should have use TBE 2% agarose gel instead of TAE 1% agarose gel, so we retried and succeeded. We can't appreciate enough!
Sôichiô HOSHINO
BiotechnologistMr. HOSHINO is belongs to the Lab the two above are in too.He instructed how to use micro plate reader and also nicely advised about more precise pipetting than we ever learned and did. Plus we'd like to note here that it was very helpful that he told us some information about machine that only people who often use it know. Thanks a lot!!
HAMADA
BiotechnologistShe kindly trained our team leader Mizuki KITA in conducting specific DNA extraction experiments. We appreciate her sweetness to spend more than 10 hours for us in her busy time.Thank you very much!!
Wakana IWASAKI
BiotechnologistShe was asked many questions about RE by Mizuki KITA and answered them every time. She even spent her time to instruct how to use the machines and gave cautions to us about how to treat RE properly. We appreciated it!!
ichirô KASANO
BiotechnologistHe helped Mizuki KITA and Hamada to decide the condition of experiments and how to solve the problems. When Mizuki conducted gel extraction but didn't see any precipitation in the tube, he immediately told her that she should have add some more glycogen, which is coprecipitating agent. Mizuki tried that and precipitation appeared soon. Thank you for the advice!!

Assoc. Prof. INOUE
Assoc. Prof. INOUE gave us some advice why the errors happened and more supports! We appreciate it.
Mr. WATANABE
He is the member of UT-Tokyo 2016 and taught us a lot about iGEM, especially about modeling. Thank you very much!
