Basic Parts

1.SymAPX3

L-ascorbate peroxidase [EC:1.11.1.11] coding region from Breviolum minutum. This part is useful for producing L-ascorbate peroxidase in bacteria or other chassis. In enzymology, a L-ascorbate peroxidase [EC 1.11.1.11] is an enzyme that catalyzes the chemical reaction. L-ascorbate + H 2 O 2 ⇌ dehydroascorbate + 2 H 2 O. Thus, the two substrates of this enzyme are L-ascorbate and H 2 O 2, whereas its two products are dehydroascorbate and H 2 O.

2. SymAPX3-mut1

L-ascorbate peroxidase [EC:1.11.1.11] coding region we obtained by synthesis after point mutation in sequence. The detailed characterizations of this part was verified by experimental data. 3.SymAPX3-mut2

L-ascorbate peroxidase [EC:1.11.1.11] coding region we obtained by synthesis after point mutation in sequence. The detailed characterizations of this part was verified by experimental data. 4.ATAPX1

Encodes a cytosolic ascorbate peroxidase APX1. Ascorbate peroxidases are enzymes that scavenge hydrogen peroxide in plant cells.
