During all this project, the BioBrick standard that we used was the RFC 25 , which allow us to make fusion proteins in an easy way. All the BioBricks that are listed here were checked by sequencing. The following table contains the links to download the plasmid map files with annotations in SnapGene [*.dna] format (compressed).
