iGEM

The iGEM Strasbourg 2019 team has fulfilled medal criteria enabling it to win the iGEM Gold Medal

Bronze

1. We registered and attended the Giant Jamboree.

2. We successfully filled the Judging Form, delivered a wiki, a poster and presented our work at the Giant Jamboree.

3. We created and filled a section Attributions on our wiki.

4. We successfully performed a Characterization of BBa_K731520 part .

Silver

1. We created and characterized BBa_K2923018 , BBa_K2923019 , BBa_K2923020, and BBa_K2923021 parts.

2. We collaborated with many of the iGEM teams all around the world.

3. We studied the impact of our project on society.

Gold

1. We successfully considered the opinion of experts for the design of our project.

3. Thanks to the modeling, we were able to induce optimally the aptazyme production in our system.

4. We demonstrated that the designed bacterial three hybrid is functional.
