Our project have satisfied all the requirements in criteria of Bronze, Silver and Gold medals.


 Bronze

Bronze Criteria Achievements
1 Registration and Giant Jamboree Attendance We have successfully registered for iGEM Jamboree.
2 Competition Deliverables We have completed all the Competition Deliverables, including: Wiki, Poster, Presentation and Judging Form.
3 Attributions We have completed the Attribution page and cited all the literature references we used in the project.
4 Project Inspiration and Description We have completed the Description page.
5 Characterization / Contribution We have added quantitative experimental characterization data to part BBa_K1537016 from the Registry of Standard Biological Parts.

 Silver

Silver Criteria Achievements
1 Validated Part We have designed and constructed 10 new BioBricks for our project.
2 Collaboration We discussed with Team:WHU-China on physcial model of Illumination System and Automatic Sample Collection System.
We also attended meetups such as CCiC (Conference of China iGEMer Community) and iGEM Southern China Regional Meeting. We discussed with Team:SYSU-Medicine on physcial model of Illumination System and Automatic Sample Collection System.
We discussed with Team:SDU-China on physcial model of Illumination System and Automatic Sample Collection System.
3 Human Practices We have organized several Human Practices activities, such as hospital investigation and popularization of science.

 Gold

Gold Criteria Achievements
1 Integrated Human Practices We obtained feedbacks from our Human Practices activities and integrated them into our experimental design as well as further improvement of subsequent public engagement.
2 Improve a Previous Part / Project We created a BioBrick BBa_K2986004, which is an improvement of BioBrick BBa_K509005.
3 Model Your Project We have designed a model-based predictive and control system in our project for accurate manipulation of cell behavior.
4 Demonstration of Your Work We have demonstrated the functional stability of our regulation system under realistic conditions by tests on 3D-cell mass, cell immigration tests and characterization of multi-level cell behaviors.
