We, the SUSTech_Shenzhen 2019 iGEM team, was responsible for most of the parts of this project on our own, including project design and ideas implementation. All the data presented were measured, collected, and analyzed by the team members. All the parts, plasmids, cell lines, modeling, hardwares, softwares, human practices activities, wiki pages are accomplished by team members. All the figures and diagrams uploaded to wiki is made by team members. We thanks our instructors and advisors for offering suggestions on design and implementations which helped us avoid wrong directions. Special thanks are given to our PI Prof. Wei Huang and instructor Ph.D Huirong Wang, who guided us in exploring for project ideas and instructed our design and implementations throughout the iGEM competition.
