Safety
Safety is the first priority for our peoject. We used only non-pathogenic well characterised lab strains and cell lines for our experiments. The lab safety is guaranteed by the various facilities of our lab. All the team members involved in experiment is trained with lab safety course provided by Department of Biology, SUSTech. Our experiment only involves normal biological components such as commercial cell lines and kits. Our team members strictlly followed aseptic rules when doing wet lab experiment.Our project is foundational and therefore we do not have a specific real-world application. Hence, our project is not risky in the real world.We finished the safety form carefully under the guidance of our team PI and advisor.
