Detailed works
Even though we have divided us into several groups, we did integreted works in fact.
Previous Research
- Ruitian Gao had did an indepth study in our previous research. She understood the work related to photosynthesis in vitro and had read many literatures, having a deeper understanding of plant synthesis and proposed a preliminary plan.
- Haoyu Meng and Kuan Yao made a thorough investigation of the specific application scenarios and needs of plant synthetic biology and related data resources during the revision of the project.
Database
- Yixiang Qu did a lot of works in the collection of the data especially in the metadata. He is one of the main designers of the metadata database.
- Zhaopu Rui is responsible for the backend build of the database.He used sql to build the database for our data as one of the main designers of the all database.
- Ruitian Gao had browsed a lot of databases and conducted database screening and license acquisition. She is one of the designers of the metadata database.
- Wangjie Zheng filtered the data in the database,getting the data for the partdata and the metadata.
- Haoyu Meng had browsed a lot of databases and conducted database screening and license acquisition, getting the data for the partdata and the palsmid data. She is one of the designers of the metadata database.

- Beiqin Zeng is our front-end engineer, designed the main page of our website, and implemented the front-end and back-end connections.

- Jianwei Hong designed and completed the probabilistic prediction of photosynthesis-related enzyme-substrate interaction, and carried out model design and parameter adjustment work.

- Xinyu Jia wrote a science manual for biology in his 3D games. He conducted biological knowledge science work for children through games.
