Abstract

For those who work on plant synthetic biology or related research areas,searching through different databases can be a hassle. Phosyme aggregates plant-related synthetic biology information from a variety of databases, allowing users to perform multiple tasks in one web page. Phosyme's databases and tools provide a wealth of information and support for information acquisition and in-depth research. It can be used to look up information from a database in a search box, predict enzymes based on substrates, and enter the smiles visualizations and SBML modifications. Phosyme opens the door to a new efficient plant world.
