Manual control system: First, select the specific position of the 12-well plate, then set the colour of the light at that position, and adjust the light intensity. Second, after completing the light setting, users can enter the required illumination time in the APP and click on the pentagram button below to start the system. the system can complete the experiment according to the requirements. Users can remotely adjust the brightness and color of the small bulb and set the time to switch off the system during the process. Users can also save their common settings for next use and the hardware can be set to automatically ring the reminder after the illumination is complete.
Automatic Control System: Users can directly input the concentration ratio of the two bacteria that they want to achieve in the automatic control interface. The system will automatically calculate the required illumination color, intensity and time in combination with our mathematical model, and generate the estimated time to display to the user. The users can also change settings anytime and anywhere to see the specific working status, as well as to save settings and to add alarm reminders.
