BBa_K3071027 contains the co-activator for the synthetic Clp-regulated pspA promoter, which includes the fusion protein pspF TAD-CLP transcription activator and the RNA polymerase sigma factor 54. These biobricks provide the essential factor required to activate the pspA promoter and the signaling pathway.
