We believed that our team has done a series of comprehensive measurements in the wet lab and dry lab part.
We characterized the eforRED (BBa_K592012) protein expression in correlation with the eforRED transcription level along time after IPTG induction. We measured the amount of IPTG, duration of protein express induction and the mRNA transcript level needed for visualizing the eforRED chromoprotein under T7 promoter.
In our dry lab part, we also calculated the mRNA transcript difference between using T7 promoter and pspA promoter. Through these measurements, we have a better understanding of the eforRED expression condition.
