Well, we are definitely late bloomers, but we are doing our best to get all the necessary documents and find accommodation.

  • Competition Deliverables:

We worked really hard to make this Wiki as appealing as we can, and the Poster & Presentation are under construction – but we will do our best to make them flawless. No crying, just hard work!

  • Attributions:

No words can describe how grateful we are for all the people who had helped us in various ways; without them, we would never got this far. We have thanked every one of them on our Attributions page written by Dawid

  • Project Inspiration and Description:

Choosing one project from all the ideas we had during brainstorming was difficult, and its final shape changed a little since its very beginnings, but Patrycja and Sylwia did their best to wrote about it on our Description page

  • ADH1 promoter (BBa_J63005) characterization.

  • Collaborations:

We worked with numerous teams from all around the world; not only by participating in the events like iGEM Spring Festival in Bonn, but also by helping other teams with validation & the outreach of their project. Finally, we asked some teams to help us with the creation of our educational comic. Patryk described it all on our Collaborations page.

  • Human Practices:

As Agata wrote on our Human Practices page (and Dawid on the Attributions page), we have spend numerous hours on our research, so we can be sure that our project is safe for the environment and will have positive impact on our surroundings. We also did our best to raise awareness of the air pollution and to educate people about synthetic biology. Furthermore, we did a short survey about views on our project and the topic of synthetic biology among people from various backgrounds, and Dawid did all the statistics.
