Chromosomal stabilization element group example 1 (BBa_K3112042)
Our chromosome stabilizing elements consist of two parts: centromeres and tag for screening.
In this example, we try to directly replace the centromere of Saccharomyces cerevisiae.
Before chromosome transferring, we hoped the element group will not have a great impact on the growth and division of cells. It can stabilize this chromosome with stable elements when the other organism of the fusion system is dominant.

Chromosomal stabilization element group example 2 (BBa_K3112041)
This is a example of testing our chromosomal stabilization element group. The insertion site of this element is about 2K away from the centromere of Saccharomyces cerevisiae and this is our second attempt.

mRFP+HIS3 Chromosome Transfer Elements (BBa_K3112043)
This part was designed to transform mRFP into Saccharomyces cerevisiae genome.
The final significance is to characterize the horizontal transfer of Saccharomyces cerevisiae chromosomes in the fusion system and to confirm its expression in the fusion system.
