Improve a Previous Part

The part we improved is: BBa_K1075044. We have improved it by creating the new part: pDawn with modified tac promoter BBa_K3278002. It has reduced the leakage level, which is important for more precise regulation with light control. For more information, check out our Improvement Page.

Through models, we have better estimated our engineering bacteria’s proliferation, growth, substance expression and so on. For more information, check out our Model Page.
