ATTRIBUTION

On this year’s iGEM journey, SCU-China met many friendly and generous people who have helped us on the project. SCU-China would like to extend our sincere gratitude to these friends. Here we describe what we have done by ourselves and the favor we received from others in detail.

PI


Dr. Nianhui Zhang, team primary PI, advisor of 2019 project, judge of project defense and ACMA, made arrangement for lab area and equipments for us and all expense.

Students in Team Roster

Changhe Li, team leader of SCU-China, group leader of cns3 team, one of the designers for project and experiment, wrote the description and inspiration in wiki, teacher of biological statistics and synthetic biology in winter training course, made overall arrangements for team.

Yanling Zhong, team leader of SCU-China, group leader of cns1&cns2 group, played an important role in product verification, one of designers for experiment and project, prepared for lab training in winter training, wrote the design for wiki.

Chenming Zhang, team leader of SCU-China, group leader of TF group, one of the designers for project and experiment, wrote the attribution and a part of HP for wiki, teacher of synthetic biology in winter training, made arrangements for lab.

Tianyi Zhang, group leader of cns3 group, one of the designers for project and experiment, wrote safety for wiki, teacher of synthetic biology in winter training.

Yuanhan Yang, group leader of TF group, finished improvement and measurement work this year, one of the designers for project and experiment, wrote the related part for wiki, teacher of lab training in winter training, made arrangements for lab equipment and materials.

Qinling Qiu, group leader of cns3 group, one of the designers for project and experiment, wrote part of measurement and improvement for wiki, teacher of synthetic biology in winter training.

Mucun Hou, group leader of modeling group, one of the designers for project, finished the modeling work of molecular dynamics, diffusion kinetics and enzyme kinetics simulation and part of delay expression system simulation, wrote the related part for the wiki, teacher of synthetic biology in winter training, helping in wiki editing.

Tian Liu, group leader of HP group, member of modeling group, one of the designers for project and HP, finished part of delay expression system simulation, made arrangements for the HP activity and related wiki writing, teacher of synthetic biology in winter training.

Fengxi Yu, manager of wiki web page, finished related code writing, one of designer for project.

Yuxi Liu, member of cns1&cns2 group, verified the Saccharomyces cerevisiae chemical transformation protocol provided by Wei Lin, participated in almost all yeast chemical transformation work, participated partly protein verification experiment, designed the prototype of 2019 team icon.

Qihan Jin, member of cns3 group, did the pre-experiment of electrotransformation and chemical transformation of yeast, partly participated in the construction of constitutive promotor-cns3.

Xinran Shen, participated in the construction of cns1a2-pYES2 , yeast chemical transformation and partly in the verification of cns1 protein expression.

Mingyao Wang, member of TF group, participated in the construction of basic plasmid in delayed system, constructed the complete delayed system.

Xi Chen, member of cns3 group and TF group, partly participated in the construction of HisG plasmid, participated in the construction of yeGFP plasmid.

Lingfeng Mao, member of cns1&cns2 group, participated in the protein verification of cns1, cns2 and cns3.

Yi Wu, member of cns1&cns2 group, participated in the plasmid construction work and protein verification in the group.

Zhongze Cao, member of cns3 group, partly participated in the construction and verification of HiG-pYES2 plasmid, participated in the construction of constitutive promoter.

Yaxin Luo, member of TF group, partly participated in the construction of cns1, cns2 and cns3 plasmid, partly participated in the construction of basic plasmid for delayed system, participated in the measurement of AH109 growth curve.

Yitao Ke, member of TF group, participated in the construction and verification of yeGFP plasmid, wrote the western-blot protocol and partly experiment for the wiki.

Jia Yan, member of cns3 group, partly participated in the construction of cns3, participated in the pre-experiment for construction of constitutive promoter, participated in the measurement of AH109 and BY4741 growth curve.

Hao Zhou, member of TF group, participated in the construction of basic plasmid for delayed system.

Xinran Shen ,participated in the construction of cns1a2-pYES2 , yeast chemical transformation and partly in the verification of cns1 protein expression.

Tiantian Wang, art designer, responsible for art design for logo, icon, poster, uniform, wiki, and so on.
