Yiheng LIu: As the caption of NAU-CHINA 2019, main rsponsibilities of Yiheng Liu are to design the project, experiments and interact with other iGEM teams. He also do some experiments. He preside over the bi-weekly group meeting, and check the team members' work at the meeting, and issue new tasks.
Guolong Shi: Constructed the HIyA secretion system. Constructed the HlyA secretion system with an improved promoter. Characterized the J04450 standard part. Managed refrigerator.
Qianyu Wang: Responsible for the validation of the secretion test of the HasA secretion system in Sare, and the construction of biobricks for the two antimalarial peptides MeuTXKβ1 and Thiostrepton. Participate in writing team wiki.
Jiapei Han: participated in the construction and improvement of part, completed the design, registration, and wiki writing.
Chenghui Hao: One of the wet lab members, responsible for constructing plasmids and verifying the cleavage effect. Participated in human practice and writing wiki.
Yi Zhu: A wet lab member, construct Thiostrepton standard part, the plasmid to preliminarily verify the cutting effect of TEVp and the final plasmid. Conduct the experiment to verify the effect of the final plasmid.Participate HP activities and wiki edit.
Zhen Cao: A wet lab member, being responsible for assisting software uses, experiment design, exploring new protocols and theories, but being a especially negative material of operating experiments. Besides, also in charge with part registry and improvement.
Shu Peng: One of the experimental group members, responsible for lab works, and experimental design. Participate in some wiki editing and part of human practice.
Haoyu Ma: One of the members of the wet lab，gathering information，constructing Promotor plasmid and secretion plasmid，the principal of the part of serratia，testing and verifying HasA Secretory system，managering all of primers and plasmids.
Lei Pei: Be responsible for the peoduction and modification of wiki, collecting the process and result materials for it. Besides, her previous work focused on the wet lab. Finished "Clone it experiment".
Zejun Lan: Project designer, experimental group member and HP group member, responsible for lab works and Integrated Human Practices, editor of team wiki.
Human Practice
Xinran Chen:To achieve the purposes we mentioned above, a survey, with its objectivity, unity, and extensiveness, was taken into our consideration.

Professors
Prof. Xi Chen provided us with laboratory and experimental equipment.
Prof. Sibao Wang provided us with P2 laboratory and arranged his students to assist us in our experiments.
Prof. Jin Wang provided us with experimental equipment and guided us to conduct experiments safely.
Prof. Jiandong Jiang provided us with financial support and allowed us to use his laboratory.
Prof. Henglin Yang put forward some constructive suggestions for our work.
Prof. Hongning Zhou introduced a variety of antimalarial peptides to us.
Prof. Yiping Wang provided us with the plasmid.
Prof. Ai Xia put forward some instructive suggestions at the beginning of our experiment.
Lecturer Jufang Wang guided us to revise wiki to ensure that there are almost no grammatical errors and ambiguous words in the wikis we write. She also guided our presentation.
Advisors
Yaxuan Wu is the student consultant of the team. He assisted us design the project in the early stage of the competition and guided our experiments.
Chengzhu Fang is a student consultant of our team. She participated in the design of our project and conducted the whole experiment guidance.
