1 Validated Part We have created a new basic part, LuxN, and have characterized its performance along with another parts as composite part, whose function is to detect Vibrio parahaemolyticus
2 Collaboration We did several collaborations throughout our project;
  1. We held a meet up for Indonesian iGEM 2019 Teams and Indonesian iGEM Alumni to know each other, share iGEM tips and tricks, and tell our current project and difficulties
  2. We helped another team, iGEM Sriwijaya from Indonesia, in preparing DH5 alpha cells and PstI enzyme in order to complete their project.
  3. We were exchanging enzyme and parts with Universitas Gadjah Mada; they provided us BsaI enzyme which we used to optimize our project and we gave them linearized plasmid backbones to initiate synthetic biology researches in their campus

4 Parts Improvement We planned to compare and improve the performance of our new composite part to the previously registered LuxOU parts. Unfortunately, we ran out of time and could not finish the experiment
