Wet Lab
Dr. Azzania Fibriani, our PI, gave us general advices about every aspect of our project, especially in consulting our lab results. Her team also provided us lab materials and helped us in ordering reagents/submitting genes to be sequenced.
Dr. Sony Suhandono, former PI of previous iGEM ITB teams, gave us advices about lab works and getting financial supports.
Chueh Loo Poh from National University of Singapore and Maciej Holowko from CSIRO, are the writers of our main reference, and proceeded to gave us very useful explanations through online chats and video calls about their previous project about Biosensing Vibrio Cholerae with Engineered Escherichia coli
Muhammad Farhan Maulana, our Team Advisor and an iGEM 2017 alumnus, checked our milestones and gave us advices about our lab results.
Yani, from Balai Perikanan Budidaya Air Payau, provided us Vibrio parahaemolyticus culture that is used to demonstrate our system.
Almira Alifia and Alfin Mohammad Abdillah, were in charge of daily wet lab works and communicate lab results to PI, lecturers, and other relevant divisions
Novia Syari Intan, was in charge of every biomolecular-related works, such as PCR reaction, sequencing preparation, and electrophoresis
Yoghi Ciamorien, was in charge of Vibrio-related works, such as Vibrio parahaemolyticus’ purification, cultivation, and characterization
Aulia Gusning Ati, Muhammad Akip Poapa, and Adriel Hernando, acted to assist any biomolecular-related works
Evan Hakeem Perwira and Muhammad Ghufron, acted to assist any bacteria-related works such as subculturing, plasmid transformation, and characterizations
Tommy Oktavianus, acted to assist several characterization works and to consult lab results’ troubleshoots
Modeling
Muhammad Farhan Maulana and Muhammad Naufal Hakim, our Team Advisor and iGEM 2017 alumni, checked our milestones and gave us advices about our lab results and modeling.
Safety
Dr. Gede Suantika, our Secondary PI, gave us shrimp farmers’ contacts to visit, and gave us suggestions about our project when it comes to real implementation in the field.
