For the _genSwicht, our work involved the construction of two genetical circuit, approach A and approach B, as it is described in Design. Since we choose to work with the blue light sensing in our circuit, we assembled from Voigt et al. RGB system only the blue light sensing. In the genetic circuit we also used two recombinases, FimE and hbif, and tree fluorescent protein. Between the three protein, mtagBFP2 was never described in the registry. Together with the two approaches, the project also also assembled 3 promoter reporter circuits, using the vector ratiometric promoter characterization reporter (BBa_K2771020) , winner of 2018 best measurement, with the target promoter.
