Based on the theory of Participatory Design, we analyzed who our potential stakeholders were and make sure they participated in our project design. We discussed with the public, professors, doctors, medical laboratory scientist, the government, biotechnological companies, and Doctor of laws. Model Your Project

Our modeling work was divided into five parts, target protein modeling, optimization of protein sequence, aptamer 3D structure modeling, PCR condition modeling and aptamer-protein docking. More details are shown on our Model page.
