This is a descriptive paragraph.

Project Design

The original idea was contributed by student member Chuqi Wang and advisor Shuowu Liu. Our PI Mr. Shi Hu helped us complete the design of the project.

Experiment

Plasmids construction: During this year’s iGEM season, we constructed almost 100 plasmids. All wet lab members contributed to the arduous work. DNA synthesis was done by GenScript.

Lentivirus packaging: This work was assisted by our PI Shi Hu.

Cell experiments: Cell experiments were performed by student member Chuqi Wang, Zheng Zhang, Kewen Qian and advisor Shuowu Liu. Our PI also helped us perform some parts of the experiments.

Prokaryotic protein expression: This work was done by student member: Qiliang Yang, Mengmei Zhu, Chuqi Wang, and advisor Zetong Ma.

Acknowledgement

During the iGEM season, we also received help from Shulun, who kindly lent us a flow cytometry and other machines; Zetong Ma, who not only helped us in experiments, but also supported us outside the lab.

Acknowledgement

This work was supported by the Special Grant for iGEM team SMMU-China provided by the Office of Educational Administration, Second Military Medical University.
