Parts Overview

According to the functional requirements of each part of our project, we created corresponding parts and did characterizations and measurements on them.

Contribution Parts

We chose some parts to do some validation for giving contributions to iGEM. And we have added some quantitative experimental characterization data to these existing parts.

Improved Parts

We have created several new BioBrick Parts that has a functional improvement of an existing BioBrick Part. And did experiments with both parts to demonstrate this improvement.
