Description: Plasmid with promoter, RBS, gene of interest, coupler, fluorescent protein, and a terminator. Promoter allows transcription to start, RBS gives ribosome place to bind. Dsup was taken from tardigrades to confer increased radiation resistance to bacteria of interest. A coupler was added to avoid steric hindrance between different parts of the plasmid. RFP was added in order to test whether plasmid was inserted correctly and for differentiation purposes. A double terminator was added to stop transcription
