Joseph Noble
Joseph lead experimental design, conducted experiments and arranged lab meetings.
JP Henry
JP performed experiments including minipreps, restriction enzyme digests, gel electrophoresis, ligations, and transformations.
Sharee Riggs
Sharee was trained in gel electrophoresis, minipreps, restriction digests, and transformations, and performed many of the transformations responsible for yielding ligation products.
Emily Hartselle
Emily was instrumental in applying for and securing funding for the team, as well as recruiting new members and offering time and input on the wet lab research itself.
Jonathan Kilroy
Jonathan provided experimental design input and administrative support to the team, including handling paperwork and funding applications.
Dr. Tanya Sysoeva
Provided her knowledge and experience in microbiology to aid in experimental design, in addition to providing resources and aiding iGEM to form institutional relationships.
Dr. Roy Magnuson
Provided his knowledge of cloning as well as his lab resources to UA_Huntsville.

The Cox Lab provided the IR9-50-1 strain of E. coli engineered with mutations in RecN, RecD, and RpoBC for use in testing, along with the Founder strain Delta_e14.
