Characterization
Our major contribution this year was to add an OriT site to the plasmid from Cornell 2012
- This addition allowed us to conjugate into Shewanella, using the RK2 carrying strain of E. Coli
Our next steps are to test this plasmid with a range of analytes, including Mercury and Arabinose
