Parts
Our team added nine new parts to the iGEM registry, for the future use of other teams. Among these parts, six are new basic parts and three are composite parts.
Each of the parts added was tested in the lab, and the results are documented and shown under the lab results page.
As a backbone, we used the commercial plasmid pBE-S (by TaKaRa), but our parts can fit also the standard plasmids that most iGEM teams use and are RFC[10] compatible.
Our favorite parts are BBa_K2934000, BBa_K2934001, and BBa_K2934004 that showed promising results in the lab.
