6/17/19 - Rundown on lab/materials for new members, plated RM1021, R. etli, Rhizobium leguminosarum (R. leg) strains for later transformations
6/18/19 - Made tryptone, yeast, cytosine (TYC) plates, LB + carbenicillin (carb) + spectinomycin (spec) induction media, started overnight liquid cultures for Sinorhizobium, Rhizobium etli, R. leg at 28 degrees C
