Achievements

Our Achievements:

Three Main Achievements

  • MoClo-Cloning-Toolkit for Chlamy: Codon optimized parts, smaller easier to transform backbone vector (can be co-transformed as well), RFC[10] compatible parts in iGEM Type IIS standard & easy-assembly ready
  • Chlamy measurements in a bioreactor, data for growth under comparative growth conditions
  • Direct dialogue with stakeholders forming bonds for long-term application cooperations

Further Achievements

  • Demonstrating our self-constructed cloning vector works as expected through fluorescence-protein measurements
  • Modelling degradation of PET-Plastic through algae by optimized enzymes
  • Adding parts and data to the Registry of Standard Biological Parts
