Achievements

Our Achievements:

3 Main Achievements

  • MoClo-Cloning-Toolkit for Chlamy: Codon optimized parts, smaller easier to transform Backbone vector (can be co-transformed as well), RFC10 compatible for iGEM standard & easy-assembly ready
  • Chlamy measurements in a Bioreactor, Data for growth under comparative growth conditions
  • Direct dialogue with stakeholders forming bonds for long-term application cooperations

Further Achievements

  • Demonstrating our self-constructed cloning vector works as expected through fluorescence-protein measurement
  • Modelling degradation of PET-Plastic through algae by optimized enzymes
  • Adding parts and data to the Registry (of Standard Biological Parts)
