Three Main Achievements

  • MoClo-Cloning-Toolkit for Chlamy: Codon optimized parts, smaller easier to transform backbone vector (can be co-transformed as well), RFC[10] compatible parts in iGEM Type IIS standard & easy-assembly ready
  • Chlamy measurements in a bioreactor, data for growthunder comparative growth conditions & development of our own reactor set-up
  • Direct dialogue with stakeholders forming bonds for long-term application cooperations
