NEU_China's iGEMer helped us to verify the repeatability of the modular Adda riboswitch. We chose to analyze the data measured after 8 hours of incubation and get that the fluorescence/RFU values of the groups of 2-AP (ligand) added with different concentrations (0, 50 μM/ml, 150 μM/ml) are obvious difference. Therefore, the experimental results show that our system can work normally in different laboratory environments, and the system is feasible.</div></br> | ||
