MEMBER'S ATTRIBUTION

From the beginning of 2019, OUC-China have brand new members for this competition season. With the help of our advisors and experienced senior, we build a team consists of 10 undergraduate students from different majors and two grades. And by sharing happiness and woe this season, now we become close friends and have the tacit understanding. All the members in 2018 OUC-China devoted the best of themselves to develop the project. What needs to be specifically mentioned is that without the help of many people from schools, other institutions and society, we will accomplish nothing. We sincerely thank all the help.

Mingyu Yang, captain of OUC-China iGEM 2019 and general affair supervisor, was responsible for designing our project and experiment , as well as post data processing and analysis. As a wet and dry coordinator, her efforts and coordination arrangements ensure that all work is carried out normally. She participated in the whole experiment, ecorded the experimental characteristics and checked all the loops and parts that needed to be submitted. At the same time, she was responsible for writing the whole project on Wiki. She played an irreplaceable role in designing a new laboratory for molecular biology!

Peng Deng, vice-captain of our team, he participated in the conception of the whole project and mainly responsible for the laboratory part. He set up a basic experimental plan with the lab administrator to ensure the normal progress of the project. He analyzed the results of the experiment, integrated all the circuits and constructed all the parts to be submitted, and he's indispensable to writing the entire project on a wiki. He is necessary in designing a new laboratory.

Haofeng Chen, he was responsible for the major modeling and excavated deeply in theory, the exploration of STA and the wonderful ideas of Tuner became a reality with his help, models and projects are closely linked and promote each other. He also created a software named "RiboLego" independently. In addition, he undertook part of the experiment and played a very important role in the whole process!

Zeqi Xu, a lab administrator, who are responsible for all our experiments! She and Zhiyu Lv designed their experimental plans independently according to the expected goals. With their efforts, we have an independently written iGEM experimental operation guide that will be used as a textbook for laboratory teaching. In addition, she is one of the main designers of the lab! Zeqi Xu is also responsible for communication with other labs!

Zhiyu Lv, a lab administrator, who are responsible for all our experiments! He and Zheqi Xu designed their experimental plans independently according to the expected goals. With their efforts, we have an independently written iGEM experimental operation guide that will be used as a textbook for laboratory teaching. In addition, he is one of the main designers of the lab! Zhiyu Lv is also responsible for communication with the teacher who manages the lab!

Xiaoqi Ye, She is the financial manager and artist of our team. She arranged for us each trip; she helped us communicate with biotech companies and made many biological orders; she helped the team manage team fees and sort out financial revenues; she designed all our posters, wikis, PPTs Team uniforms and new comic books, all the amazing ideas come from her! In addition, she is responsible for organizing all sequences of our team!

Zhenning Bao, the web designer who established our wiki! Besides that, as a co-op supervisor, he was also responsible for establishing close communication with other teams. He participated in almost all iGEM communication meetings and played a major role in collaboration work. He is a lucky star in our team! In addition to taking part in the experiment, he is also responsible for the debugging and testing of OT-2!

Huizhong Xu, as the team's time manager and responsible for human practice, took other members of the team to investigate and communicate with many biological enterprises! In addition, she manages our WeChat public account so that we can better communicate with the public. She keeps an eye on the ideal Lab. Our VR and "Mini-lab" are all out of her wonderful achievement! She is always full of energy and is the pistachio of our team!

Ziya A, the team's "all-round assistant". She contacted several supercomputers for the team and promoted the progress of modeling. She contributed to the construction of Tuner and the model of the riboswitch state! All the virtual machines of our team members were installed by her! In addition, she guarantees that our experimental environment will always be clean and tidy, which has a great effect on the perfect presentation of experimental data. She pushing Modeling of other teams in collaboration. She also promoted our project through the WeChat public platform and presented the feedback in the form of reports.

Donglin Chen, He is the assistant modeler and is responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of the laboratory! He made our modeling progress more smoothly; due to his efforts, our laboratory has always been neat and tidy; he is responsible for the measurement and collection of most of our microplate reader experimental data, processing the flow cytometry data on its own, and taking measurements of other team parts, and pushing Modeling of other teams in collaboration!

Acknowledgement for support

Every member in 2018 OUC-China iGEM gave us practical suggestions.

Yang Liu, the Captain of OUC-China 2011, and Li Kang, the Captain of OUC-China 2012, helped improve the synthetic conception of our project.

Our PI Prof. Chenguang Liu offered us constructive advice over our project and gave us long-term technical consulting support through the procedure.

Our PI Prof. Xianghong Wang kindly offered us experimental lab and restroom. And it’s very honored that he used the iGEM lab manual we wrote as a textbook to open an experimental class.

Our PI Prof.Xingguo Liang offered us microplate reader.

Prof. Zhihong Tang provided us with a laboratory when we faced the relocation of the laboratory. And it’s very honored that she used the iGEM lab manual we wrote as a textbook to open an experimental class.

Prof. Mingzhuang Zhu provided us the flow cytometry which was really helpful for our system.

Haibo Xie and Chengtian Zhao who from Institute of Evolution & Marine Biodiversity provided us with fluorescence microscope so we can record the expression of sfGFP in plate.

Prof. Baohua Zhu offered us microplate reader so that we could successfully complete all the experiments!

Prof. Yun Li and Xin Qi provided us with a laboratory for fisheries management, which was of great importance to us.

Teacher Yun Li paid attention to the regulation of non-coding RNA, the conversation with her inspired us to think about the regulation of ribose switching state. We are very grateful to her!

Haotian Guo and Haoqian Zhang offered us constructive advice over our project.

Li Jian, from Ocean University of China, gave us detailed guidance in VR and mini-lab.
