Repeated burn infection is one of epidemic diseases due to the exist of Pseudomonas aeruginosa biofilm. Thus, our project is to destory the biofilm of this bacteria to solve this problem.
Before starting the experiment, we checked previous literatures and comfirmed the feasibility of our project by building modelings.
In order to reduce the danger caused by the escape of engineering bacteria, we took a variety of measures.
Meanwhile, we investigated the repeated burn infection caused by Pseudomonas aeruginosa in the hospital by visits, surveys and questionnaires. We also created public APP to introduce our project.
