 Here, we’d like to thank all those who have helped us during this summer, not only for making iGEM possible, but also for making it so much fun.

 

General Support

 

We deeply appreciated the effort of Prof. Rui Zhou, our instructor, for teaching us academic knowledge and kindly providing her lab for our project.

We’d like to thank Dr. Shan Dong, our Primary PI, for supervising the progress of our project and helping us to deal with the difficulties we encountered.

We also want to thank Dr. Lijuan Zhai, our secondary PI, for assisting us greatly in project design during brainstorming, offering general advice on wet lab technique.

We’d like to give our sincerely thanks to Teacher Chi Xu,  our tutor, for providing guidance towards our team work and helping us to organize our HP work ,who greatly prompted the progress of our project.

We’d like to thank Prof. RuiZhou in Wuhan University for kindly providing her lab to undertake our wet lab experiment.

 We’d like to extend our thanks to Cheng Wang and JieZhu for helping us experimental techniques, such as molecular cloning experiments and SDS-PAGE and WB.
