To fulfill Gold Criterion #2 of improving a part, we improved the current Agr sensing system BBa_K1022100 by modifying the nucleotide sequence and by adding the additional transcriptional activator, SarA, to the system. The corrected sequence version can be found at BBa_K3191101 and the improved part in its entirety with SarA can be found at BBa_K3191102.
