Parts Overview
This year, our team utilized two new basic parts and one composite part with the following function:
- GlpA: Increases the survivability of E. coli in the presence of glyphosate.
- GlpB: Cooperates with GlpA to degrade glyphosate by using glyphosate as a phosphorous source by breaking the C-N bond.
