Raised in Santa Cruz, Liana loves her home town so much she never wants to leave as evident by attending the local university. She is the video productions leader, a budget connoisseur, writing editor, and part of the fundraising team.

Can’t find her in the lab? Just listen for a very loud laugh and look for a woman with really long hair. After iGEM, Liana is hoping to pursue graduate school and a career in the biotech industry.
